BACKGROUND

Champs Robotics had already built a genuine following in Singapore's STEM education space: hands-on programmes in Coding, Robotics, and 3D Printing, a track record in national competitions like the National Robotics Competition, IDE, and FIRST LEGO League, and a growing base of parents who'd seen their kids light up in class. But their digital presence hadn't caught up to the energy in the room. In a category where most programmes lean on textbook seriousness — worksheets, grades, "catching up" — Champs had something rarer: joy. Our job was to build a website that carried that same spark, and made it easy for a busy parent to go from curious to booked in under a minute. In a market saturated with results-driven tuition centres — where the loudest voices compete on exam scores and grade improvements — OLL had a different story to tell. Our job was to help them tell it.

STRATEGY:

Most STEM enrichment brands sell to fear — falling behind, missing out, needing an edge. Champs Robotics does the opposite: it sells to curiosity. Kids don't realise they're learning advanced engineering and programming concepts because they're too busy building something they're proud of.

That became the core narrative of the site. Every page had to answer one question for a parent scrolling on their phone: will my child actually enjoy this? So instead of leading with curriculum jargon, we led with outcomes parents can picture — a robot standing up on its own, a first working game, a 3D print pulled off the plate.

THE OUTCOME

The result is a site that functions less like a brochure and more like a conversion engine: clear programme paths, real testimonials from parents, visible proof from competitions and sponsors, and a free-trial flow designed to remove hesitation rather than add steps.

More than a redesign, it gave Champs Robotics a digital front door that matches what already happens in the classroom — confident, playful, and built for kids who create rather than just consume.
